I have been with Pearl Lemon for about a month (August 2023). I joined Pearl Lemon through the placement programme. Reflecting on my past month here, it has been a dynamic journey of growth. The first week was like diving into a pool of stress, it was a hustle as I navigated the complexities of my role and the stress that came with the territory. However, the collective support from the team and their guidance made my transition into the company a seamless one.
Fast-forward, the past month has been nothing short of rewarding learning, it has been great, and man; have I soaked up some knowledge. I believe with being here, there is a lot of professional and personal development in store for me, and the prospect of further unfolding opportunities within the company is what excites me the most – it’s like a buffet of growth, and I’m ready with my plate.
