At Pearl Lemon, we offer several different awards with cash prizes as incentives for our partners.
Here are the awards we present each month:
PARTNER OF THE MONTH
At the end of every month, all of the partners submit votes for the partner of the month. They will choose who they believe has gone above and beyond in their work for Pearl Lemon. This will mean different things for each role, but it will be determined using factors like:
- Work ethic
- Enthusiasm
- Productivity
- Producing positive results
- Taking initiative
- Showing leadership
PR STAR OF THE MONTH
The PR star of the month will go to the partner who produces the most media mentions for Pearl Lemon. This means getting things like:
- Backlinks
- Quotes
- Features in lists, rankings and other articles
QUORA WRITER OF THE MONTH
Quora is an online platform where people ask and answer questions on any subject that ever existed. It will be required for our content writers to write answers on Quora regularly, but we’ll encourage partners in other roles to do so as well. There will be a reward given to the person who writes the most answers, and another to the person who gets the most views.

This award is specific to our content writers, but the person who writes the most blogs for our internal sites will be named Blogger of The Month.
