I joined Pearl Lemon as a content writing intern, and within just 12 days, I was given the opportunity to lead a team—something that truly speaks to the company’s culture of trust and fast-paced growth. From that point on, my journey has been incredibly enriching, both professionally and personally.

Leading a team so early on challenged me in the best ways. I’ve learned—and continue to learn—how to be an adaptable, empathetic leader who focuses on motivation, mental well-being, and long-term team development. Instead of taking a transactional approach, I strive to lead with a transformational mindset, helping my team grow while ensuring we meet our goals.

This opportunity has also helped me grow a lot as a person. Where deadlines and pressure once felt overwhelming, I now find myself better equipped to manage them calmly and effectively. I’ve always been good at time management, but handling multiple responsibilities at once pushed me to level up in ways I hadn’t before. I’m genuinely grateful to have been entrusted with this position so early on—it’s been a defining part of my professional growth.

Day-to-day interactions with the web, design, and SEO teams have taught me how interconnected each function is in delivering results. Moving forward, I aim to contribute even more meaningfully—not just from a digital perspective, but also by thinking more deeply about the business as a whole. I’m eager to keep learning and bring new ideas and innovations to the table.
