I’m honoured to share my incredible journey with Pearl Lemon. My story began just 7 months ago when I joined the unpaid intern program with zero experience in HR. I had always been fascinated by the world of human resources, but I couldn’t find many opportunities that aligned with my passion. That’s when Pearl Lemon came into the picture, which changed everything for me.

From day one, I was determined to make the most of this opportunity. I worked tirelessly, soaking up knowledge like a sponge, and was fortunate enough to work directly with our CEO. He took me under his wing, sharing valuable insights on hiring, lead generation, and more. I was amazed by the level of trust and responsibility that Pearl Lemon placed in me, despite being an intern.

As the months passed, I witnessed my skills transform, and my confidence soared. I was offered a paid position, and soon I found myself thriving as an HR Representative at Pearl Lemon. I’ve had the privilege of working with people from diverse backgrounds, cultures, and countries, which has broadened my perspective and skill set in ways I never thought possible.

In my role, I’ve had the opportunity to work on over 20 platforms, handle onboarding processes, develop my HR skills, and utilize various HR software. I’ve also conducted interviews, and I’ve been amazed by the calibre of talent that Pearl Lemon attracts. It’s been an absolute pleasure to be part of this journey, and I’m grateful for the experience.
