Hi, I’m Abdullah, and I’d love to share my Pearl Lemon journey with you.

I started at Pearl Lemon as an intern content publisher. Honestly, I didn’t know much in the beginning — just the basics — but I was eager to learn and do my best.

For the first three months, I worked hard. I focused on following instructions, learning how content publishing works, and improving every day. My efforts paid off — after those three months, I was officially hired as a content publisher. I started publishing over 10 pages a day, and that really motivated me to push myself even more.

I continued in the content publishing role for about two more months. Then something amazing happened — Usman Jatoi, the Head of the Web Design Department, noticed my work and gave me a new opportunity. I became his Virtual Assistant, and this new role helped me grow a lot.

Since then, I’ve learned and achieved many things. One of the biggest improvements has been in my communication. At first, I wasn’t very confident, but this role helped me get better. Now I can work with different teams, handle tasks, give updates, and even manage meetings sometimes. I also learned how to use WordPress and understand basic design work — things I never thought I would learn when I started.

Now, I feel confident using WordPress, managing content, solving problems, and working with different departments. This growth is all because of the support and trust Pearl Lemon gave me.

Why did I join Pearl Lemon?

It’s simple — Pearl Lemon gives people a chance. Whether you’re just starting out or looking to build new skills, you get to work directly with experienced team members. You learn by doing real work and get helpful feedback along the way. You’re not left alone — you’re guided and supported at every step.

What makes Pearl Lemon special is the freedom to grow. You’re not stuck in one role. If you show interest and work hard, you’ll be given more chances to learn and take on new responsibilities — just like I did.

The remote working culture is also a big plus. It gives you flexibility and teaches you how to manage your time and work independently, which is very important in today’s world.

To sum up, I highly recommend Pearl Lemon to anyone who wants to grow in their career. Whether you’re an intern or a full-time team member, you’ll find great opportunities, face helpful challenges, and be part of a team that truly supports you.

Thank you for reading my story, and thank you to the Pearl Lemon team for being such a big part of my journey so far.
