I kicked off my academic journey with a science degree, but my heart was set on digital marketing. To fuel this passion, I’m currently enrolled in a Digital Marketing certification program offered by Intellipaat in collaboration with IIT Madras. This is my way of deepening my skills in this exciting field.

Starting off as a Digital Marketing Specialist, I swiftly climbed the ladder to become a Senior Marketing Manager, with my main focus on mastering the art of SEO. Now I’m the SEO executive here at Pearl Lemon. I’ve been with the company for one year and two months now, and I’m really enjoying my time here.

I was really impressed with the company culture when I first interviewed. Everyone was so friendly and welcoming, and it was clear that they were passionate about their work. I also liked that the company was always looking for ways to improve and innovate.

Since I’ve been here, I’ve learned a lot about SEO. I’ve also had the opportunity to work on some really challenging and interesting projects. I’m really proud of the work that we’ve done, and I’m excited to see what we can accomplish in the future.

One of the things that I love most about the company culture is the sense of teamwork. Everyone is always willing to help each other out, and we all share a common goal of making the company successful. Kamran entrusted me with the responsibility of Web 2.0 tasks, and although I had some prior knowledge, that first week proved to be an enlightening learning curve. The intensity was amplified by the dual commitment of my studies in the first half of the day. Operating in a fully remote setup, compounded by the diverse time zones of my colleagues, indeed presented a formidable challenge. Yet, therein lies the beauty of Pearl Lemon – a platform where ample opportunities are extended to demonstrate one’s capabilities. Kamran’s unwavering mentorship has been a guiding light throughout my journey, imparting invaluable insights into expeditious blog creation and the nuances of plagiarism avoidance in the realm of Web 2.0.

Collaborating with Shreyas for directory submissions and business listings was an enriching experience, as his adept guidance propelled me forward. Despite the geographical dispersion, a pervasive sense of camaraderie thrives within the team, with a helping hand always within reach. The consistent acknowledgment of my contributions further underscores the nurturing work environment at Pearl Lemon. A poignant instance was when Deepak requested 20 authentic reviews on How Matcha via our WhatsApp group. I promptly undertook the task, garnering not only acknowledgment but also a gratifying reward. This episode exemplifies the ethical underpinnings that define our work culture.

Transitioning from one learning experience to another, my collaboration extended to luminaries like Shreyas, Lokesh, and Kamran, each contributing to my knowledge. A significant juncture marked the arrival of Mayur, an opportunity that expanded my horizons to include the pivotal realm of on-page optimizations, a cornerstone of enhancing web pages.

A notable milestone in my journey was the organic growth of our team, evolving into a quartet consisting of two colleagues from India and two from Pakistan. This united force was entrusted with the management of four distinct sites, with one being in the service of Deepak, a revered client of Pearl Lemon. This juncture brimmed with both challenges and intrigue, as we shouldered the weight of substantial responsibilities. Amidst the endeavors, one of the sites achieved a notable increase in traffic, a testament to our experimental successes.

In the present, my role encompasses a spectrum of tasks, ranging from tackling Ahref issues to web 2.0 link building, all in pursuit of enhancing Ahref scores. Furthermore, a significant facet of my responsibilities involves the adept management of interns, a testament to the trust placed in my abilities.

In summation, the journey within Pearl Lemon has been an immersive tapestry of growth and achievement. Most of the tasks are coming from Deepak. He expects me to do a good job. I am not saying that he is the owner of the company, but I am happy that someone shows faith and trust in me. Nobody has shown that before. I will never refuse any task assigned by him and will try to complete as many as I can.
