I am Daksh, and my 18-month journey at Pearl Lemon as a Manager and Web Developer has been nothing short of incredible. I began as an intern during my third year of B.Tech in Computer Science and Engineering, Amity University, Noida and have since had the privilege of overseeing our dynamic design team. This experience has been a remarkable testament to the power of remote work and the support of an exceptional founder, Deepak Shukla.
One of the unique aspects of working at Pearl Lemon is the way we’ve seamlessly transitioned into a remote-first company. Despite being headquartered in London, our team is spread across the globe, with me working from India. This geographic diversity has been an opportunity, not a challenge, thanks to the cohesive environment fostered by our team WhatsApp groups.
