HR Executive

Mabuhay! My name is Mikka, I am from the beautiful land of the Philippines. Ever Since I graduated from Humanities and Social Sciences I am really hoping to have a job that is remotely and I can still maintain my life in balance. I have been to companies locally in different positions and find my passion and dedication in the hospitality industry. The year of 2024 came and I have been given the chance to be part of Pearl lemon. Out of all the candidates in my field, I have been chosen. 

This role, filled with challenges and opportunities for growth, has been made all the more rewarding thanks to the people I really work closely with: Rose – HR Executive, Nida – HR Intern, and Catherine – Accountability Manager and I report directly to Dee.

Reflecting on my time with the Team, I am struck by the genuine commitment of the team to see each member succeed. I was met with open arms and a wealth of resources to help me navigate my new responsibilities. Whether it was assistance with onboarding procedures, access to training materials, or simply a listening ear during times of uncertainty, I always felt supported and valued by my colleagues.

For me, what truly sets Pearl Lemon apart is their dedication to nurturing talent and fostering a culture of continuous learning to innovation. We have access to our training materials from the different sides of Pearl Lemon. Through various mentorship programs and professional development initiatives, I have been able to sharpen my skills and expand my knowledge in ways I never thought possible. The encouragement and guidance I received from mentors and peers alike have been instrumental in my growth as an HR professional.

I am continuously inspired by the passion and dedication exhibited by my colleagues on a daily basis. Each member of the team brings a very unique set of skills and experiences to the table, contributing to a dynamic and vibrant work environment. The collaborative spirit that defines Pearl Lemon is not only conducive to individual success but also to the collective achievement of our goals as a team and family.

In addition to the professional growth and development opportunities afforded to me at Pearl Lemon, I am also grateful for the emphasis placed on work-life balance and employee well-being.
