Web Development Intern
3-Month Voluntary Placement
Type: Internship (Unpaid, Voluntary – 3 Months)
Location: Fully Remote
Certificate: Provided Upon Completion
Future Opportunities: Potential Full-Time Offer Based on Performance

About This Opportunity
Are you curious about how websites are built? Do you enjoy solving problems and want to see what it’s like working with a global tech team? At Pearl Lemon, we’re offering a 3-month voluntary internship that gives you a real taste of web development — even if you’re just starting out.
This isn’t a classroom-style internship. You’ll learn by doing, working on real projects, collaborating with teammates around the world, and getting constant feedback to help you grow. If you show strong potential, there may be an opportunity to join the team full-time.
What You’ll Be Doing
With full guidance and mentorship, you’ll:
- Help out with building and updating websites and online platforms.
- Join in team discussions to turn creative ideas into functional pages.
- Assist in spotting and fixing small bugs or improving site performance.
- Communicate with team members across departments to bring ideas to life.
Get exposure to real workflows and tools that developers use every day.

- Pay attention to detail and like problem-solving.
- Communicate clearly and ask questions when needed.
- Are open to feedback and willing to grow from it.

- Flexibility to work from anywhere, on your own schedule.
- A certificate of completion to add to your resume.
