Hello everyone, I’m back again and very excited to share my experiences at Pearl Lemon. Today 09th October 2020, I’ve been a part of Pearl Lemon as an Partner for 22 weeks.
This week has been quite a rough ride for me, had to deal with some personal stuff and there was a client related task which has had to be submitted real soon and successfully my submission was on time.
This week we also had to farewell two of the hard-working partners, with whom I worked personally for quite a long time- Fares the Designer and Samuel Lawrence another marketer.
Firstly let’s do a recap of what I did this week at work.
My daily routine, I worked on managing emails (I had to deal with 500+ emails this week) & drift, which also had many responses, organising leads and verifying and aggregating the scrapped emails to facilitate the inbound email marketing campaign and a few other admin tasks like reporting leads, links & mentions and sorting some sheets.
Audited Quora accounts of content writing team members and Dee gave some suggestions for the writing team on how to use Quora accounts for developing a personal brand as well as how to contribute to the company’s growth simultaneously.
Oh yeah here’s my another Quora answer which I answered just before writing this blog, to maintain the streak. Haha! Being accountable is helping 🙂
Coming to the new tasks I worked this week include,
- For most of the working-hours recorded this week I worked on scrapping emails and LinkedIn profiles for a new campaign, I personally scrapped 1000+ targeted profiles and I had some help from Akhila also to tackle the deadline.
- Analysed a paid directory- touched base with existing premium members and made a simple report.
- The remaining of the week I worked with the new SEO partners, Inderpreet and Lokesh who are working on the internal websites, Pearl Lemon Invest, Pearl Lemon Academy, Resume Cats and more.
Working with SEO’s has been a good learning experience, I had learnt many things from them all and Dee’s training videos and guidance assisted in understanding things vividly.
Though I had personal things to get sorted I maintained the daily 5+ working hours average each day.
