This is Akhila – Marketing executive at pearl lemon and I’m back here to share my experiences of this week and This is my fourth week at pearl lemon, I could say time flew away these 30 days. Every day was a great and new experience for me. I would like to let you know my Inspiration and a few words about him today.

Mahendra Singh Dhoni mostly is known as MSD captained the Indian national team from (2007-2016). He is the Devastating batsman, the world’s best finisher, India’s most successful wicketkeeper by several dismissals, India’s most successful captain across all three formats of the game. From small-town ticket collector to India team captain, Dhoni’s journey to fame is about following his passion. With hard work and perseverance.

Leadership is the capacity to translate vision into reality

Dhoni’s philosophy in life has been to stay focused, have short-term goals, and not look too much in the future. Channeling your time, energy, and efforts into things that matter comes easy when you love what you do and Good times won’t last forever and when the bad times come, you need to be prepared. Dhoni has always been a realist, but one who doesn’t allow negative thoughts to hamper his game, and He remains calm during the chaos, like a rock in a stormy ocean. The same percolates into his team.

Coming to my work this week seems to be good in terms of productivity. I was continuing my routine tasks like extracting leads from the Clutch and different job boards for Pearl lemon and This week I was getting familiar Omnireach which is a lead generation tool. It is a tool that can be used to message thousands of prospects to book sales calls with them. I was extracting leads for Omnireach this week.

I was Listing Pear Lemon Convert  (A division of Pearl Lemon) in Directory Listing websites as many as possible sites. It seems to be sometimes Irritating because each site is different from others but managed to list the agency and I was posting the job ads in different job sites hand in hand replying to the applicants. I enjoyed the job. I was also involved in research for PlantSumo another division of Pearl Lemon (Delivers delicious vegan meals to your doorstep. People in the UK must try this and I don’t have that opportunity because I’m away from the country 🙁 The facility is only available in the UK.

End of the week, The team meeting was excellent like always :D. So, guys this about my week. Hope you all loved reading my post. See you all next week!
