Sub Head of Content Publishing & Web Designer

Hi, my name is Ahmad Khalid, and I am 17 years old. I want to share my experience with Pearl Lemon because this journey has been very special to me. It has helped me grow in many ways, both personally and professionally.

I first joined Pearl Lemon in the summer of 2024 as an intern. At that time, I knew very little about content publishing. I was still a student, and my main goal was to learn something new and useful. I was lucky to work under the guidance of Usman Jatoi, a young and very talented guy. He taught me everything from the start. I didn’t know how content publishing worked, but he made it simple for me to understand. From day one, he supported me and helped me improve my skills step by step.

I did that internship for one month. After that, I had to take a break because of my exams. Even though I wasn’t at Pearl Lemon for long, that short experience stayed in my mind. I had learned a lot in just a few weeks, and I really liked the work. Most of all, I liked how the team treated me. Everyone was very respectful, helpful, and encouraging. It made me feel confident and motivated.

After completing my exams, I rejoined Pearl Lemon on January 5th, 2025. This time, it was a paid position. I was very happy to be back because I already had some knowledge and experience. Now, I wanted to take things to the next level. I worked hard every single day, trying to learn more and become better at what I do.

Thanks to my dedication and the support of my team, I made good progress. Slowly, I started handling more tasks and took more responsibility. After some time, I was given the role of Sub-Head of the Content Publishing Department. This was a big moment for me. It showed me that hard work really pays off and that Pearl Lemon truly trusts and values its team members.

In these seven months, I have learned so much. Not just about publishing content, but also about communication, teamwork, and how to manage tasks properly. I also started learning  website designing. Pearl Lemon always encourages us to explore and try new things. They never limit us to just one role. If you want to learn, they support you fully.

One of the best things about working at Pearl Lemon is the team culture. Everyone is respectful, kind, and cooperative. Even though we work remotely, the connection between the team members is strong. If I ever have a question or need help, I know there is someone I can reach out to. The environment is professional, but also friendly and comfortable.

Another thing I really appreciate is that Pearl Lemon gives chances to young people. Even though I’m just 17, I was never treated differently. They believed in me, gave me real work, and trusted me with important tasks. That kind of belief in young talent is rare, and it means a lot to me.

Working remotely has also been a good learning experience. It has taught me how to manage my time, stay focused, and meet deadlines without someone constantly checking in. It helped me become more responsible and independent.

Now that I’ve spent seven months at Pearl Lemon, I can proudly say that this journey has changed my life in many ways. I feel more skilled, more confident, and more ready for the future. I never thought I would achieve so much at this age, but Pearl Lemon made it possible for me.

If anyone is thinking about joining Pearl Lemon, I would 100% recommend it. Whether you’re just starting out or already have some experience, there’s always something new to learn here. The team is supportive, the work is meaningful, and the growth is real. You are not just treated as an intern or a junior – you are treated as part of the family.
