My journey with pearl lemon so far has been really great, honestly I didn’t know what to expect when I first joined but from the start it’s been something special. I started off working directly with Deepak Shukla, the owner and founder, which made me feel like I was part of something real and not just another job. 

I still remember my first team meeting on a Friday where I had to turn on my camera and introduce myself. for some people that can be nerve wracking but i thought it was a cool way to just jump straight in. Everyone was super welcoming and even though we’re all in different parts of the world, it still felt like a proper team. 

One thing that stood out to me early on was how well everything runs even though people work in different time zones. You’d think that would make things complicated but it doesn’t. Everyone knows what they’re doing and things just move. 

Working with mel on the catering side and ion on the seo and lead generation side has been amazing. Mel’s knowledge about catering and events is insane and she’s so quick to respond, I’ve never waited more than an hour for her to get back to me. She always takes time to explain things properly and share her experience which helps a lot.

Ion has taught me so much about seo and online visibility, the stuff he knows about how to structure and run campaigns is next level. I’ve learnt real hands-on things from him that you can only pick up by actually doing the work. What I really like about Pearl Lemon is how everyone works together, it’s not just each person doing their own thing. 

We have meetings where everyone shares ideas and people actually listen. It feels good knowing that what you say matters. It’s a great team to be part of because you’re not just a number here, you’re part of something that’s always growing and improving. 

There’s a real energy here where everyone pushes each other to do better, not to compete but because we all want the team to win. I’m learning new things every single day, not just about marketing and seo but also about people, communication and leadership. There’s always something new to try or learn which keeps it exciting. 

Everyone on the team comes from different countries and backgrounds but there’s a lot of respect and support all around. You can message anyone, even Deepak himself, and he’ll take time to respond. That says a lot about the kind of leader he is. 

People check in on each other, celebrate birthdays and share wins together. It actually feels like people care. Looking back, joining pearl lemon has honestly been one of the best decisions I’ve made. I’ve learnt so much, grown in confidence and met amazing people. It’s helped me grow not just professionally but personally too.

Pearl Lemon isn’t just a company, it’s a culture. Everyone supports each other, shares ideas and celebrates together. It’s one of the few places where you feel valued and trusted. I’m proud to be part of this team and excited for what’s still to come.
