Pearl Lemon is offering a hands-on internship opportunity where your curiosity, initiative, and willingness to learn will matter just as much as your portfolio.

We’re looking for a Graphic Design Intern who is eager to grow, enjoys working in a fast-paced remote team, and brings a positive, solutions-focused attitude to every project. You don’t need years of experience — just a hunger to learn and the ability to communicate ideas clearly through design.

Note: This is a voluntary, unpaid internship lasting 3 months. A full-time paid role may be offered based on performance, but is not guaranteed.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Support real branding and marketing projects with visual designs
  • Create graphics for social media, blogs, web pages, ads, and more
  • Work closely with team members across content, video, and SEO to align creative efforts
  • Participate in feedback sessions with an open mind and a growth mindset
  • Bring fresh ideas to the table and help brainstorm visual concepts
