Pearl Lemon is offering a hands-on internship opportunity where your curiosity, initiative, and willingness to learn will matter just as much as your portfolio.
We’re looking for a Graphic Design Intern who is eager to grow, enjoys working in a fast-paced remote team, and brings a positive, solutions-focused attitude to every project. You don’t need years of experience — just a hunger to learn and the ability to communicate ideas clearly through design.
Note: This is a voluntary, unpaid internship lasting 3 months. A full-time paid role may be offered based on performance, but is not guaranteed.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Support real branding and marketing projects with visual designs
- Create graphics for social media, blogs, web pages, ads, and more
- Work closely with team members across content, video, and SEO to align creative efforts
- Participate in feedback sessions with an open mind and a growth mindset
- Bring fresh ideas to the table and help brainstorm visual concepts


We’re Looking For Someone Who:
- Has a strong sense of visual storytelling and loves experimenting with design
- Pays attention to detail and strives for consistency and clarity in every project
- Communicates well and enjoys working collaboratively in a remote setup
- Is organized, self-motivated, and can manage multiple tasks with minimal supervision
- Is eager to grow, receptive to feedback, and excited to contribute to a global team
- Has access to a reliable internet connection and their own computer
Bonus: Experience with Canva or Adobe tools (Illustrator, Photoshop) is helpful, but your mindset and creativity matter most.

Project & Time Management

- Use tools like Trello, Asana, or Notion to track progress and tasks

- Work with SEO specialists, writers, video editors, and marketers from around the world

- Understanding how to improve work based on audience, platform, or business goals
- Developing a growth mindset and resilience through constructive feedback
Time Management & Organization
- Working on multiple design projects simultaneously under deadline
- Prioritizing tasks and tracking progress with Trello, Notion, or similar tools
- Maintaining file organization and version control
Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Coordinating with content writers, video editors, SEO teams, and campaign managers
- Participating in team meetings, creative sessions, and feedback loops
- Communicating design rationale clearly to non-design stakeholders


Marketing-Driven Design
- Understanding how design supports digital marketing objectives
