I am Kristel Rose, a content writer at Pearl Lemon Group. I have been working with Pearl Lemon for almost two months now.
At first, it was hard for me to adjust to a professional environment, but the people I worked with made it easier for me to go through it. The other writers in my team are always there, always ready to help and guide me through my learning process. The head of our team is hands-on in monitoring the quality of our content helped me improve. They give honest feedback alongside a tip on how to do better.
Working for almost two months taught me a lot, even the things I never imagined I do know, like SEO. I also learned different writing techniques that I can use in the future. I am thankful that I got the opportunity to be in a workplace that values the employees’ professional growth.
