Hi everyone!
My name is Amir, and I’m 18 years old from Khanpur, Punjab, Pakistan. I joined Pearl Lemon on September 12th, 2024, as a Content Publisher and Graphics Designer in the Social Media Department.

When I first joined, I honestly had zero experience or skills. I just wanted to learn something new and grow. During my internship period, I got amazing support and guidance from my team — especially from Azan, who was the Social Media Head at that time. He was very cooperative and helped me understand everything step by step.

After a month, I also got the chance to work with the Web Design Department as a Content Publisher. That was a turning point for me because I started performing well in both departments. Later, I fully shifted to the Web Design Department, where I now work under Usman, who has been a great mentor and guide for me.

With time, I improved my skills, worked hard, and stayed disciplined. My efforts were recognized, and now I’m leading a team as the Sub-Head of the Content Publishing Department. I started as an intern for the first three months, and from December 2024, I began getting paid for my work in both departments.

This one-year journey has truly changed my life. I’ve learned so much — not just about content publishing and web design, but also about teamwork, leadership, and communication. Pearl Lemon gave me a real opportunity to grow from zero to someone who can now lead a team and handle big responsibilities confidently.

The best part about Pearl Lemon is the learning environment. The heads are friendly, supportive, and always ready to help. They push you to be your best and encourage you to explore new things.

I’m really thankful to Azan, Usman, and the entire Pearl Lemon team for believing in me and helping me become who I am today. It’s been a wonderful journey so far, and I’m excited for what’s next!
