Hi, my name is Sabir, and I’m from Pakistan. I have been working with Pearl Lemon SEO for one year now. I first joined the company as an intern for three months, and after successfully completing my internship, I was offered a permanent position. It has been a wonderful journey so far, full of learning, growth, and great experiences.

When I started, I had only a basic understanding of SEO, but during my time here, I’ve gained a lot of practical knowledge and improved my skills in many areas. Pearl Lemon SEO has helped me grow both professionally and personally. I’ve learned about on-page and off-page SEO, link building, keyword research, local citations, and many other techniques that help websites rank better on Google.

One of the best parts of working at Pearl Lemon SEO is the amazing team environment. Everyone is very supportive, friendly, and ready to help each other. I’ve made great friends and strong professional relationships here. The team really feels like a family, and we all work together to achieve our goals. That teamwork makes every project enjoyable and successful.

My main responsibilities include managing team tasks, organizing and attending team meetings, and helping my teammates whenever they need support. I also create social media pages for new projects, build profile backlinks, and create local citations to strengthen the SEO performance of our clients’ websites. These activities help improve the SEO score of websites and increase their ranking on Google.

My working hours are usually 9 AM to 5 PM, but I am always available whenever my team needs me. I believe being dedicated, responsible, and flexible is very important in our work. SEO is not just a job—it’s teamwork, creativity, and problem-solving combined.

Working at Pearl Lemon SEO has been a great learning experience for me. Every day, I get the chance to learn something new and face new challenges. The management team is also very encouraging and gives us the freedom to share ideas and take initiative, which helps me grow my confidence and leadership skills.

Over the past year, I’ve not only improved my technical SEO skills but also developed better communication, time management, and team coordination abilities. I’m really proud to be part of such a talented and motivated team that always focuses on delivering great results for our clients.
