I am Usman, and my 1-year journey at Pearl Lemon as a web developer has been amazing. I started after completing my BSCS with a 3.43 CGPA from the Virtual University of Pakistan. Before joining Pearl Lemon, I already had 3 years of experience in web development. Managing and improving websites here has shown me the power of remote work and the support of our great founder, Deepak Shukla. 🌟

One unique thing about working at Pearl Lemon is how we’ve become a remote-first company. Even though our headquarters are in London, our team works from all over the world, including me in Pakistan. This has been an opportunity, not a challenge, thanks to our team WhatsApp groups. We use these to share knowledge, and experiences, and celebrate milestones, creating a real sense of community. 🌍

I must thank Deepak Shukla, the founder of Pearl Lemon. Deepak’s vision and commitment to remote work have created a strong company culture. His support and leadership help us succeed in the remote work environment. His belief in our potential is truly inspiring.  💪

Before I joined Pearl Lemon, I had already spent 3 years working in web development. During that time, I gained extensive knowledge about creating and managing websites. However, joining Pearl Lemon has taken my skills to a new level. The team here is incredibly talented, and I’ve learned so much from my colleagues. 👩‍💻

One of the most rewarding aspects of my job is seeing the direct impact of my work. At Pearl Lemon, we focus on delivering results for our clients. Working remotely has also taught me a lot about self-discipline and time management. I’ve developed better time management skills and learned to prioritize tasks effectively. This has helped me become more productive and efficient in my work.

The remote work environment at Pearl Lemon is very supportive. Even though we’re not in the same physical location, we’re always connected.
