I grew up in Saudi Arabia and now live in Pakistan. I work at Pearl Lemon Group as a Web Designer and Social Media guy, and honestly, the last 2.5 months here have been amazing! I’ve seen huge personal and professional growth and have picked up so many new skills. Ready to chat about where we go next?

How I Joined Pearl Lemon Group

On March 29, 2024, my head, Usman Jatoi, told me that Pearl Lemon Group was looking for website designers for internships. He asked if I was interested. Without hesitation, I said Yes. Usman then sent me the Pearl Lemon Placement link to apply. By March 30, 2024, I was on board as a website design intern, working on a trial basis under Usman’s guidance.

Official Start on March 5, 2024

March 5, 2024, marked my official start at Pearl Lemon Group. The HR team, especially Rose and Catherine, were very helpful and supportive as I settled in. Their assistance was invaluable during those first few days.

First Month At Pearl Lemon Group

Personal Growth: In my first month, I learned how to manage my time and workload well. At first, I felt stressed by the amount of work, but I quickly got used to it by focusing on important tasks and meeting deadlines. Teamwork and good communication became very important in my daily routine. I also started using different tools and software to make my work easier.

Website Designer Growth: During the first month, I worked on creating service pages and learned a lot about WordPress. My goal was to prove myself by working hard to meet the expectations of my head and founder. My tasks included publishing content and handling daily assignments from Usman, which taught me how to solve problems related to website design. I regularly updated my progress in our working group and received valuable feedback from both Usman and Deepak. Sending Start of Day (SOD) and End of Day (EOD) reports every day kept me focused and motivated, especially when my work was appreciated. This encouragement pushed me to work harder, often up to 12 hours a day, which I genuinely enjoyed. By the end of the month, I felt confident in my ability to design service pages and listicles.

Second Month:

In my second month, Usman Jatoi became the Head of Social Media and invited me to join the social media team. Eager to learn new skills, I accepted. I then took on the dual role of part-time website designer and part-time social media Guy. To maintain clarity and transparency, I sent Start of Day (SOD) and End of Day (EOD) reports to both the social media and content teams. We managed over 50 to 60 Brands of Deepak Shukla’s and focused on creating bulk content.

During this time, I helped my team, and they helped me when I needed it. This mutual support created a friendly and family-like atmosphere at work. I kept up my hard work, even on weekends. Our Friday meetings with Deepak always inspired us and kept our spirits high. I focused on website design tasks. I attended every meeting, stayed focused, and consistently aimed to meet our team’s expectations. During this month, I also learned a lot more about WordPress compared to the first months. As my internship ended, I talked to our Boss/Founder Deepak Shukla about my work during the months. He reacted positively and decided to hire me full-time and after that, Dee started Motivational Meetings I also attended a few of Deepak’s motivational meetings, which you can find on YouTube by searching “Deepak Shukla.” These sessions have been inspiring.

Now it's May 2025:

As of May 2025, I’m proud to be working as the Sub Head of the EMD Department, focusing on Website Design, AI Automation, and Domain Management. I’ve been experimenting with AI agents and automation workflows using tools like n8n and Make, significantly improving productivity and reducing repetitive tasks.

I focused on two key AI agents:
